Here’s the beautiful Sophie Monk showing off her long legs in a short blue dress as she stopped for coffee at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in West Hollywood last Tuesday (April 8, 2008).

WENN has this set of pictures of what appears to be Sophie Monk (Benji Madden’s ex-girlfriend) and Alex Vaggo (Paris Hilton’s ex-boyfriend) out on a date.
Some blogs claim that the girl in the picture is not Sophie though… Until we know for sure, I’m going to let this in the Sophie Monk category. Even if she’s someone else, these pictures are worth posting for those incredible legs!
Sophie Monk did not let her break-up with Benji Madden alter her workout routine. Yesterday (March 5), she was spotted getting her regular exercise on the sunny streets of LA.
Her body is so perfect that I’m left speechless!
Paris Hilton was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger, so naturally the rumors have started circulating that she’s engaged to Benji Madden (who she’s only been dating for about a week).
Meanwhile, here’s what Benji’s ex-girlfriend, model Sophie Monk had to say:
“Let me make this as plain as possible, Benji did not leave me for Paris Hilton. Benji and I did not break up badly or anything like that,” she said.
“We both decided as adults our relationship had run its course and decided to move on. I feel no animosity toward Benji and Paris at all and am very happy with life at the moment.” [NZ Herald]
