Jessica Alba celebrated her baby shower on Sunday (April 6) at the Ever After Tea House in Studio City. The private party took place under a tent that was decorated with white and lavender balloons and flowers.

Large teddy bears and dozens of presents were shuttled into the party — most of the gifts wrapped in pink and white paper. As Star told you last week, Jessica is expecting a daughter and she plans to name her “Honor” as she said it’s an honor to have fiancé Cash Warren‘s baby.

While party guests began arriving at 1pm, the guest of honor didn’t make her appearance until 1:30pm when the eco-friendly star pulled up in a hybrid SUV along with her sister and an unidentified man. She wore a long black halter dress and a black cardigan. Her wavy hair was worn down and went well past her shoulders.

Jessica and about 35 pals — including Kim Kardashian and Rashida Jones — sat under umbrellas at outside tables and noshed on goodies like cupcakes.

Around 2:30pm, Cash arrived at the party to join his fiance — and, presumably, help her get all their new baby gifts home. [Star]

Angelina Jolie, who entered her third trimester of pregnancy, is suffering from a lot of complications, including gestational diabetes, edema or swelling, fatigue and rentless nausea.

“Angie has gestational diabetes,” an insider tells Star. “She found out about a month ago and has been trying to keep it under wraps. She’s been seeing a nutritionist about it — frequently.” In fact, she’s had to drastically change her diet, which has not been easy, considering her history of food issues. At one point, as she grieved for her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand, her weight plummeted to 98 pounds. “She doesn’t pay much attention to food,” her brother, James Haven, admits. “But it’s different when she’s pregnant.”

Gestational diabetes isn’t Angie‘s only problem: She’s also dealing with painful edema — swelling caused by fluid buildup. “Her feet are so swollen that her shoes have gone up a half size at least,” a source tells Star.

Fatigue is another problem, say sources, and Angie has had a particularly tough time since taking the kids to Texas, where Brad is filming Tree of Life. “She’s constantly tired,” says a source. “She’s sick and irritable and feels heavy and weak.” [Star]

I feel so sorry for her… But I know a lot of women experience these symptoms when they’re pregnant, so it’s hopefully not that serious as the tabloids would like us to believe!

There were a lot of rumors lately that Fergie might be pregnant, but in a recent interview, she denied this, saying that the speculations probably started because she gained a little weight:

“I’m 5’4″, when I gain a couple extra pounds — it shows. People just like to speculate. I’ve never been pregnant. This is probably the twentieth time people have said that. So, no, for the record.” [Extra]

Fergie added that she wants to be married before having a baby.

Adrianne Curry (the winner of America’s Next Top Model Cycle 1) and her husband Chris Knight attended the cocktail party for the launch of Tori Spelling‘s memoir “sTORI Telling” at Kitson Courtyard in Los Angeles on Tuesday (March 18).

When a photographer asked her if she was pregnant, Adrianne started laughing and making “odd squealing noises”, and ran off the red carpet. Her husband just shrugged and looked surprised.

Pregnant or not, I think she’s pulling off the librarian look quite well!
