Nicole Richie got skinny again!

Not only that, but she made a somehow disturbing comment in an email invitation that she sent to her friends for a Memorial Day party she and Mischa Barton organised. Towards the end of the email (which you can read below) she wrote: “There will be a scale at the front door. No girls over 100 pounds allowed in. Start starving yourself now.”

Nicole‘s publicist defends the email saying she was just having some fun and didn’t mean to offend anyone.

“Clearly, she is thumbing her nose at the people in rehab,” Dr. Joyce Brothers told In Touch. “It’s a huge form of acting out, and it shows that the treatment for her eating disorder did not do any good.”The party was at Nicole Richie‘s friend Masha Gordon’s, and according to In Touch most of the guests drank beer and ate barbecue, but “Nicole didn’t eat anything,” a spywitness snitches to In Touch.

Nutritionist Dr. Majid Ali tells In Touch: “I would place Nicole’s weight at about 83 pounds. At 5’1″, she should weigh 105 to 110 pounds. You can see a bit of bloat of her belly, consistent with a malnutrition syndrome. I would be very concerned for her health if I was a family member.” [Source]

These are candid pictures taken on May 29, just before the party, when Nicole was doing some grocery shopping. You can see she looks very skinny and unhealthy, and also that she is unusually bloated. This has given rise to more rumors and speculation on her: the National Enquirer claims that she is pregnant! Here is the tabloid’s cover, as well as some more pictures of Nicole:

Update: Nicole herself wanted to straighten this up in an interview she did for Ryan Seacrest’s show on KIIS FM:

“I do it all the time,” Nicole said of the email she dubbed a joke for her friends. “I do it for every time, for every single holiday … I don’t even know what to say about it, especially someone like me, I’m not a serious person at all and no one thinks I am, so I’m really confused why people think [it is serious].” [Source]

I personally think they should just give her a break. I mean, this email was clearly a joke between she and her friends, and was never intended to become public.

Milla Jovovich has confirmed she is pregnant with her fiance, director Paul Anderson. They are expecting their first child this autumn.

The 31-year-old supermodel and the 41-year-old filmmaker – who wrote and directed all three ‘Resident Evil’ films – met on the set of the first horror movie. [Source]

Former Spice Girl Mel B (Melanie Brown) just gave birth to a healthy baby girl in California, at St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica.

“Baby is completely healthy with a good head of hair. Mother and baby are now resting,” the statement said. “No name has been decided on as yet, and (she) is purely known as Baby Brown!” [Source]

Melanie says the father is her ex-boyfriend Eddie Murphy, and that there’s “absolutely no question that Eddie is the father”. Eddie Murphy said that he’s not sure.

(By the way, funny coincidence – or not – both Eddie Murphy and Mel B’s daughter share the same birth date: April 3!)

Mel B has another daughter, the 8-year-old Phoenix Chi, from her marriage to Jimmy Gulzar, one of the Spice Girls dancers.
