New parents Nicole and Joel Madden were spotted heading to their manager’s house for his birthday party yesterday (January 25).
Nicole seems to have already gotten back in shape, showing off her post-pregnancy body in a black hip-hugging dress.
Nicole Richie has just given birth to baby daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden!
Nicole Richie and her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden are the parents of a daughter, the couple’s rep at Handprint Entertainment tells PEOPLE.
Harlow Winter Kate Madden was born Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz.
“The beautiful healthy baby girl left the hospital with her ecstatic parents,” says the rep, who confirmed the birth to PEOPLE exclusively. [Source]

Pregnant Nicole Richie, who’s expecting her first baby anytime now, has been so anxious about childbirth, that she has been visiting a hypnotist to calm her nerves.
She’s afraid of the pain and obsessing over all the bad things that might happen. To get a grip on herself she’s being treated by the same hypnotist who’s helped her in the past to give up smoking. This specialist has worked with a lot of Hollywood clients who need to deal with dieting or with assorted addictions, including drugs. He’s helping Nicole to relax and stay calm and think positive thoughts as the big day approaches. [Source]

Pregnant Nicole Richie, who is due to give birth any day now with, suffered a frightening health scare over Christmas. Nicole became dizzy and disorientated on December 26, and she was immediately rushed to the doctor by her fiance Joel Madden.
A source tells Star mag: “Her heart was racing – she was swearing and had the terrifying feeling the world was crashing in on her. She was scared to death that her baby’s health was in jeopardy. Thank God Joel was there to take care of her. He immediately called their doctor to say he would bring her in.”
The scare comes five months after Nicole was taken to hospital in Los Angeles suffering heavy bleeding.
Nicole has been advised to rest ahead of the upcoming birth.

Nicole Richie’s mom, Brenda, is planning a star-studded Beverly Hills baby shower for the expectant mama on November 18th. Some of the celebrities that will attend the event will be Paris Hilton, Mischa Barton, Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, and Lindsay Lohan.
Nicole has a selected a menu featuring an assortment of her favorite foods: Sushi, Coconut Shrimp, Lobster, Lemon-Pepper Chicken, Fruit and Cake.
“Everything, including the flowers and decorations, will be blue and white. They’ve also put together two collages of baby pictures-one of Nicole, the other of Joel.” [Source]
