Naomi Campbell underwent surgery in Brazil

British supermodel Naomi Campbell was hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery in Brazil to have a cyst removed from her abdomen yesterday.

“I can say that I operated on her on Monday and that she is completely healed,” doctor Jose Aristodemo Pinotto, a gynecological specialist, told the website of the newspaper O Estado de Sao Paulo.

“I am already allowing her to get out of bed,” he added. [Yahoo! News]

The doctor said the procedure was “an emergency”, but went well. There was not any problem during the surgery. Naomi is now resting in Sao Paulo, and is looking forward to getting back to work.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell throws a temper tantrum and breaks a window with her shoe… in the new Dunkin Donuts ad.

Naomi is the new face of Dunkin Donuts. In the new ad, she (or rather the director Zach Braff) is trying to make fun of her “bad girl” image.

I think the ad is funny. What’s your opinion?

I know these candid pictures are not very high quality, and they were taken on March 23 (before Naomi Campbell finished her garbage cleaning punishment), but I just had to post these.

Of course, I assume she only did it for the paparazzi, and that she hasn’t touched a hot dog (or any other kind of fast food) ever since she finished her community service.
