Everyone does crazy stuff right after a breakup, especially if it was craziness that led to the breakup in the first place. Lindsay Lohan is still recovering from her dramatic split with Samantha Ronson last week and she’s coping the only way she knows how: by modifying her appearance.

According to a source who has seen the new ink, Lohan, 22, got a Marilyn Monroe quote tattooed in cursive on her inner-wrist during her visit to the Shamrock Social Club in West Hollywood last week. Monroe’s full quote is: “Everyone’s a star and deserves the right to twinkle.” The wording is also surrounded by yellow, blue and green stars.

It’s no surprise that Lohan’s latest body art was inspired by the Hollywood legend. Last year, she recreated Monroe’s famous nude 1962 photo shoot for New York magazine, telling the publication at the time that Monroe’s life could serve as a cautionary tale. Namely, she said, Monroe was a “prime example of what this industry can do to someone.”

But another source close to Lohan says the starlet is actually stronger than she’s being made out to be. “She’s being painted as this victim, but she’s not,” that source says. “She’s a strong girl.” [Source]

Lindsay may be strong on the inside but her outside still looks like it could collapse under the weight of a half dozen eggs. Here’s hoping those twiggy legs can withstand the pressure of another decade of media scrutiny, cuz if she keeps going like this, that’s what she’s in for.

Lindsay Lohan’s people have reported that she’s eating again but apparently, food isn’t doing much to soothe the troubled starlets soul. After finally splitting with Sam Ronson, Lindsay is finding herself very much alienated by the same people she used to call BFFs, leading some to speculate that Lindsay’s mental health might be suffering.

“Everyone’s turned on me,” she told Us magazine. Worse, without Ronson, the troubled 22-year-old star feels “so alone.”

Her relationship with Ronson has been rocky for months, with gossip blogs reporting that the pair have done nothing but argue, break up and make up. Sources told Us that Ronson has tried repeatedly to break up with Lohan over the past month, to which Lohan has responded by threatening to kill herself. [Source]

We’ve all been through at least one really bad breakup in our lives so let’s try to be a wee bit sympathetic right now. No one wants Lindsay to kill herself but maybe this is the rock bottom she needs to hit in order to turn things around.

Last Friday, Linsday Lohan was not allowed to enter a party for Samantha Ronson’s sister. News about a breakup circulated right away. This was fueled by Lindsay immediate Twitter update that said: “So-you win, you broke my heart. now go away. i loved you”

This morning, Lindsay Lohan finally admitted that she and the DJ have broken up.

“We are taking a brief break so I can focus on myself.”

The decision was made Monday morning following a rather rough weekend. First, the 22-year-old was barred entry from a Ronson family party on Friday. Then a locksmith was seen paying a house call to Ronson’s abode, where Lohan had resided in recent months. [Source]

Theirs has been a relationship that has always been full of drama and pain. It’s a good thing that they have decided to end things. Let’s hope, though, that this latest drama will not make Lindsay too depressed that she’d stop eating altogether. She needs nourishment, physically and emotionally.

The Mean Girls star - whose weight has been known to fluctuate - is showing no signs of slowing down her vanishing act, stepping out yesterday looking more frail than ever.

Michael Lohan is worried about his little girl again. We’ve all been worried about Lindsay Lohan non-stop for the last several months but her father seems to be worried off and on, or at least when a magazine asks him how he’s feeling.

He’s told Closer magazine he finds her weight loss “scary”.

Michael’s been quoted as saying: “It’s torturing me to see her like this. It’s scary.”

But it’s not just her waistline he’s commenting on.

He’s nattered about Li-Lo’s gal pal, Samantha Ronson, and said: “Every time she goes to Sam’s gigs, there’s turmoil. There’s always a big blow-up.”

“I’m worried about Lindsay’s wellbeing. And when Sam’s parents see her in this relationship, where are they?” [Source]

If you’re like me, you spent much of last week wondering where Lindsay Lohan’s Maserati came from. Lohan has admitted that she’s having difficulty making mortgage payments and her last film is going straight to video. If she’s spending all her money on clothing and expensive lunches, where on earth did she dig up the cash for such a hot ride? She didn’t. It was a loaner.

The guy crazy enough to trust the exotic ride to a person with more traffic drama than Britney Spears is Dennis DeSantis — a porn king who’s produced such legendary classics as “Origami So Horny” and “Butt Sluts.”

No word on why Dennis lent LiLo the car — but we’re told there’s no XXX catch to drive the ride. And as for the damage Lindsay’s assistant caused to the whip, we’re told Double D isn’t even sweating it and will let Linz drive the car after it’s been repaired — an estimated $10,000 job. [Source]

Looks like the end might be near for Lindsay Lohan’s lesbian love fest. Say that five times fast. Apparently, Lohan has been trading text messages with two English DJs—and they’re both men! Lindsay’s text-flirting is not making Samantha Ronson happy and you can’t really blame her.

Try as she may, Samantha Ronson is just never, ever going to get the whole XY thing down, which pisses her off miserably.

“The texts can be quite flirtatious. Lindsay swears they’re innocent but Sam worries she wants to start dating guys again. Sam is also anxious over the actress’s commitment to her. This makes Lindsay angry - she feels she’s a loyal girlfriend.” [Source]
