Kim Basinger recently revealed her fitness secrets to FitnessRX magazine. The 54-year-old actress kicked up her fitness level last year, in order to prepare for her three new movies (“While She Was Out“, “The Informers” and “The Burning Plain“).

Kim exercises at least 4 times a week, each session lasting about an hour. Her daily workout routine includes 16 different activities, so she’s getting a total body workout:

1. 10 minutes of cardio (bike)
2. Lunges
3. Bicep Curls, 2 sets of 15
4. Bicycle Abs, 2 sets of 25
5. Butt Blaster Machine, 2 sets of 15 (each leg)
6. Repeat Bike for 10 minutes
7. Triceps Extensions, 2 sets of 12
8. Leg Extensions, 2 sets of 12
9. Bicycle Abs, 2 sets of 15
10. Medicine Ball Ab Toss, 1 set of 20
11. Jump Rope, 100 revolutions
12. Box Step-Ups, 1 set of 20 each leg
13. Bicyle Abs, 1 set of 20
14. Crunches, 1 set of 20
15. Oblique Crunches, 1 set of 20

Kim Basinger is a celebrity I never thought I would have on my blog. She was very hot back in the days, but now she’s more famous for her divorce and messy custody battle with her ex-husband Alec Baldwin over their daughter, than any movie roles.

It looks like the stress of the custody dispute has taken its toll on Kim – she now looks like a walking skeleton! Let’s hope that she will win (or at least resolve this mess in a positive manner) and get back to her old healthy self!
