Top Gun actress Kelly McGillis has finally admitted that she is gay. After two divorces and two children, she revealed to lesbian website, Shewire.com that she is now looking for a woman. She also said that she has been struggling with her sexuality ever since she was 12. She is now 51.
“It was a long, arduous journey for me,” she went on. “I had a lot of things happen that convinced me that God was punishing me because I was gay. That was a hard process.”
“Life is a freaking journey. and it’s about growing and changing and coming to terms with who and what you are and loving who you are,” added the actress, who had a guest role on Showtime’s lesbian drama The L Word last year. [Source]
