Katie Holmes headed back to dance class today at the International Dance Academy in Hollywood. She looked a little bit more put together today than she did yesterday. At least she’s wearing long pants. In other news, Katie and Tom Cruise are thinking about sending Suri to a school run by fellow Scientologists Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett-Smith. What on earth do little aliens learn at Will Smith’s school, you ask. Pay attention, earthling:

The school uses the Scientology-based “study technology” as a main curricular focus.  An inside source told press, “The children have a lot of responsibilities from a very young age.  The school is particularly strict about nutrition, demanding a low-carb, low-sodium and low-sugar organic diet.” [Source]

Does anyone else think this should be against the rules? And not because it’s Scientology (there are Catholic schools, after all) but because the Fresh Prince of Bel Aire is the principal. What does Will Smith know about educating youth? Whatever. Weigh in and sound off. Is this a fine idea or just more Scientology nonsense?

I’m not entirely sure what Katie Holmes is thinking with this outfit. Looked at separately, nothing is completely insane about any of these articles of clothing, but when viewed as a whole, the ensemble seems like it was patched together by some kind of redneck, tomboy gladiator. I liked Katie better with extensions.

And apparently, she isn’t pregnant. I don’t know what to believe anymore. According to sources, Katie Holmes was never on the Scientology Rundown and she isn’t pregnant yet with a space-sibling for Suri, although she and hubby Tom Cruise are eager to start trying for one.

There is no dieting. The story apparently took off after first being reported in a U.K. tabloid that Tom Cruise was insisting she go on the diet to rid her bodies of toxins. “She is not on any diet,” one source says. “She’s working, and she’s definitely eating.”

As for claims that Holmes didn’t attend the Oscars because the dieting had left her too lethargic to make the trip, she never had plans to go because she started preproduction work on her new independent movie The Extra Man in New York City just a day before the awards.

So, if she’s not dieting, she must be eating for two, right?

I was pretty sure that Katie wasn’t pregnant but I was also pretty sure that she had actually planned on attending the Oscars. I seem to remember some news about her dress. But perhaps I was just looking for drama in all the wrong places.

Because yoga and detox diets aren’t enough, Katie Holmes is dancing now too. Looks like she’s trying to be a good role model for Suri, who is taking ballet lessons. In most cases, don’t kids follow in their parents’ footsteps?

Katie Holmes has been hard at work at the dance studio, including trips over the past two days in LA. On Thursday she wore a black dress like Suri’s to practice and was back in sweats Friday morning. I’m sorry but where exactly is this Katie Holmes baby bump that people are all in a tizzy over? I’m looking at these pictures and seeing nothing but a well-worked abdominal section. You know, muscles have a tendency to “pump” up after you use them. Considering that Katie is coming out of a yoga studio, I’m guessing her core had been plenty engaged for the sixty minutes leading up to this shot. And the one below shows no sign of pregnancy whatsoever…unless she’s carrying the baby in her shoulder bag. You be the judge.

Katie Holmes has been a busy bee lately. She’s shooting a movie, trying to get pregnant and she’s been detoxing on the now infamous Scientology Rundown. Being a famous Scientologist mom is super hard so it make sense that Katie would treat herself to a little pampering while in Tokyo for the “Valkyrie” premier. Katie got herself a makeover, and not just any old makeover either.

According to UK’s Daily Mail, Holmes’ new look cost a whopping $43,000, and took more than 48 hours to complete.

In addition to the hair extensions, which reportedly cost $2,983, Katie also received “intensive pampering sessions by a team of beauty experts” at the Ritz-Carlton in Tokyo, which included spa treatments with a price tag of $10,123, tooth veneers coming in at $28,921, and makeup at a paltry $1446.

Despite the fact that the hair extensions took over 6 hours to put in, Holmes was seen in Los Angeles just one week later with her regular short hairstyle. [Source]

So not only did Katie remove her three thousand dollar extensions less than a week later but she also totally ignored by education-related debt, which I think is just completely unacceptable given the current state of things. But I guess that’s my cross to bear.

The suspense is killing me. I really wish someone would confirm, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that Katie Holmes is in fact pregnant instead of stringing me along with rumors and suppositions and maybes and whispers. OK! Magazine has come closest to putting this issue to rest but I’m still waiting to hear the news from Katie herself.

Her face is fuller and she radiates an undeniable glow. Now, after weeks of speculation, sources tell OK! that Katie Holmes is expecting baby #2 with hubby Tom Cruise!

“They are deliriously happy that Suri will be a big sister,” one family friend says. Adds another source, “They’ve always planned on expanding their family. They’re over the moon.”

The new addition, however, remains a secret. Katie, 30, and Tom, 46, have shared the news with only a small group of friends and family, preferring to wait until she’s at least three months along before going public. [Source]

Katie Holmes is still slogging through the purification detox diet that kept her from attending the Oscars this year. The already skinny star was spotted at a local New York burger joint last week while shooting her new movie, “The Extra Man.”

Though there were plenty of breaks, Katie, 30, didn’t once indulge in solid food, according to the restaurant’s manager, Peejay Bodoy. “I was shocked at how skinny she was,” Bodoy tells Life & Style. “During the entire time she was here, I did not see her eat anything — not a morsel. After five or so hours, I would have been famished!”

And now some folks are speculating that Katie’s being forced to diet by none other than hubby Tom Cruise.

Scientology researcher Rick Ross also suspects it’s at the urging of her husband, Tom Cruise, a longtime devotee of Scientology and one of its most powerful leaders. “Tom may be telling her it’s good for her, that there’s some reason she needs to be doing it,” Ross tells Life & Style. [Source]
