
Jessica Alba is one of the skinny celebrities who claim they are “naturally thin” and that they can eat whatever they want, whenever.
Jessica admits having a sweet tooth. She has she has dessert every day!
She said in an interview with Elle magazine: “I think people imagine I’m on a diet all the time, but I indulge. Just the other day I had grilled cheese, soup and salad for lunch and I eat dessert pretty much every day.”I don’t eat a lot of big meals, though, so maybe that balances it out a bit. But I do need to get my sweet tooth under control.” [Source]
Jessica has always been very weight-conscious, since she was a little girl.
Jessica admits to being so weight-conscious that she has to fight the urge to stop eating before she does photo shoots.”I actually think of starving myself but I have a weakness for food,” she says. “I just work out more instead.
“I have a sensitive system. If I eat really badly, I get nauseous, so I have to eat healthily. I drink so much coffee, though – I’m addicted to caffeine and I get headaches when I stop drinking it. That means I don’t have a lot of room for heavy food.” [Source]
Let’s hope that she’s wise enough and that she’ll never resort to starving herself, like many other stars do!

To keep herself in a great shape without giving up her favorite foods, Jessica Alba exercises a lot (every day!). Here’s what she said about her exercise routine in that same interview for Elle magazine:
“I don’t have a trainer but I work out four times a week for about half an hour, which isn’t too crazy.
“Mostly, I do cardio with weights and it’s kind of hell, but I know it’s good for me in the long run.”
