Jessica Alba, who is expecting her first baby sometime at the end of this month, paid a visit to LA’s Thomas Riley High School - an educational institution specifically for pregnant teenagers. Jessica delivered boxes of gifts to the expectant teen moms, including baby carriages, clothing and other new-mom necessities. I think that’s a really nice gesture!

Jessica Alba celebrated her baby shower on Sunday (April 6) at the Ever After Tea House in Studio City. The private party took place under a tent that was decorated with white and lavender balloons and flowers.

Large teddy bears and dozens of presents were shuttled into the party — most of the gifts wrapped in pink and white paper. As Star told you last week, Jessica is expecting a daughter and she plans to name her “Honor” as she said it’s an honor to have fiancé Cash Warren’s baby.

While party guests began arriving at 1pm, the guest of honor didn’t make her appearance until 1:30pm when the eco-friendly star pulled up in a hybrid SUV along with her sister and an unidentified man. She wore a long black halter dress and a black cardigan. Her wavy hair was worn down and went well past her shoulders.

Jessica and about 35 pals — including Kim Kardashian and Rashida Jones — sat under umbrellas at outside tables and noshed on goodies like cupcakes.

Around 2:30pm, Cash arrived at the party to join his fiance — and, presumably, help her get all their new baby gifts home. [Star]

Jessica Alba recently announced that she has plans to get married with her baby-daddy Cash Warren.

“I’m definitely going to be married,” actress Jessica Alba, who is due to give birth to her baby with Cash Warren in June, said in a recent press conference. “You’ll find out when it gets leaked to the press.”

According to rumors, Jessica will get married in a civil ceremony and then have a low-key party for family and friends.

The star of the horror thriller, “The Eye,” enthused about becoming a mommy: “I’m excited. I’m going to love my child to the most that I possibly can. I have a different perspective on things now. Things that used to be so important, like my work, aren’t as much anymore. Now, it’s family.”

“I plan to breast-feed. I’ve had a few of these pregnancy nightmares. Last night, it was about stretch marks. I got up at three o’clock in the morning and I rubbed anti-stretch marks cream on my belly. Cash was like, ‘What are you doing?’”

But Jessica, who is reportedly still keeping a regular gym workout, reiterated her priority at this point: “Whatever my body is going to do, I just want my baby to be healthy. I’m going to give my child as much love as possible. That’s really my priority.” [Inquirer]

Jessica also denied the rumor that she’s having twins. She says she knows the sex of her baby, but won’t tell.

Jessica Alba was spotted eating a delicious-looking French baguette while shopping at the flea market of Clignancourt in Paris on Sunday (March 2).

The six-month pregnant actress was in France for the Paris Fashion Week.

Update: Jessica is apparently addicted to ham and cheese sandwiches. Here’s what she wrote on her Myspace:

Hey guys, I am now in Europe promoting to “the eye.” LAST TRIP!!! Went to the Lanvan show and the Rodin museum in Paris…amazing. Also saw Amy Whinehouse perform. She has such an incredible voice. She’s definitely a throwback…reminiscent of Ella. I am currently getting my makeup done to go to the premiere of my movie. Can’t wait to get home and rest. Every day I have eaten ham and cheese sandwiches, I cant get enough of them. Wish they had these back in the states, the bread is amazing. Jessica Alba revealed that she was teased for developing a big chest at an early age. She says she was being labeled a sixth-grade slut by her elementary school principal and some “self-righteous” PTA moms.

“The accusation still ricochets . . . They think I’m a slut?,” Alba recalls in If I’d Known Then, Ellyn Spragins‘ upcoming book of essays by female celebrities. Alba adds: “Boys are awful. They are made of nothing but hormones until they’re about 20 or 21 . . . It’s fun to have a crush, but don’t think it’s forever . . . And use birth control and condoms, please.” [Page Six]

Jessica Alba talked about her pregnancy and her new diet to People magazine. Here are a few highlights:

On her body’s first changes:
Within two weeks of finding out I was pregnant, I went from a 32B to a 34D. I was like, ‘Wow, where did these come from?’ It was instant. It was great, but it was shocking.

It’s more like something is taking over my body. You can’t believe you have something inside of you that’s growing. It’s the most incredible thing in the world, and at the same time, it’s very emotional and bizarre.

On her belly:
I’m finally showing! I can’t wait to have a really big belly. It doesn’t feel weird, it feels normal. Gaining weight is natural and it’s what’s needed for the baby.

On her pregnancy workouts and eating habits:
I do everything completely differently. Now I just do walking and stretching, treadmill, stationary bike, yoga, or Pilates instead of running and weights. I don’t have the stamina anymore. But exercise keeps me grounded and makes me feel both healthy and happy. And it’s supposed to make giving birth easier. Anything that makes that easier, I’m all for it!

I’m also eating every 4 hours. Before I got pregnant, I wouldn’t be hungry to eat that much. Now, if I don’t eat anything, I get tired and cranky. It’s like, there’s somebody here who needs food! My body isn’t mine anymore, and I’m okay with that.

On cravings:
Lemonade. I drank a lot of coffee, so I’ve replaced it with lemonade. Everything smelled so strong. I had to cut out meat and cheese, but I really craved lemons. [Celebrity Baby Blog]
