Here’s Heidi Montag showing off her new augmented breasts on Malibu Beach on May 6. It seems that Heidi upgraded from small B cup breasts to a full C cup breast size. Additionally, the bridge of her nose appears narrowed and the tip is more pointy.

There are rumors that say that Heidi‘s boyfriend Spencer Pratt paid a photographer to take these pictures for publicity. What do you think – are these shots staged or not?
