Earlier today Spencer Pratt took his blonde girlfriend at Will Rogers State Park for a birthday picnic. Of course, he lavished Heidi Montag with presents, roses and balloons! =) The reality show star is now 22. Happy birthday again Heidi!

I have mixed feelings about Heidi Montag.
I don’t really like her as a person and find her rather annoying, but I love the way she looks. I think she’s got one of the best bodies around. All that hard work at the gym (AND the breast augmentation surgery) really paid off!
