Halle Berry got back into shape just two months after giving birth to her first child. Apparently, her secret to losing her pregnancy pounds is just eating healthy and exercising (and probably being in love too, as she just got engaged to her boyfriend and baby-daddy Gabriel Aubry).

In terms of diet, Berry is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking a large quantity of water.

The 41-year-old actress also works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza.

Their sessions include three cardio segments – on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb – then also does a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises. [Source]

Halle Berry, who gave birth less to her first child, daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry, less than two months ago, is already back into shape! Here are some pictures of her looking great at the Celebrity Golf Classic event held at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles last Sunday (April 27, 2008).

Halle Berry gave birth to her first child, baby daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry, on Sunday (March 16).

According to reports, the actress gave birth to a little girl weighing seven pounds four ounces at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Halle’s representative said that the new mother and baby are doing great.

During her pregnancy, the Oscar, Emmy and Razzie winner told InStyle she felt “fantastic” thanks to eating right and keeping fit with yoga, swimming, light weights and an elliptical machine. “Right now I just have so much joy and energy,” she said. “I can just go and go and go.” [People]

A very pregnant Halle Berry was spotted buying groceries with her fiance, model Gabriel Aubry from Bristol Farms in Los Angeles yesterday (March 10).

Halle is due to give birth this month, and judging by the size of her baby bump, it could be any day now!
