Carmen Electra appeared as a guest on MTV’s Total Request Live to promote her latest fitness DVD, “Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease: In the Bedroom“.

Carmen showed off her skills live on the show, performing an example of her aerobic striptease routine on a bed that was brought into the studio especially for her.

Carmen said: “You should show your boyfriend a lap dance and dress up in sexy clothes. This DVD can help you look sexy.” After words of wisdom from Carmen, a bed was brought into the studio for Electra to show off her talents. As Electra lay across the bed, revealing her cleavage, to whoops from the show’s staff, the cover girl said: “I hope I’m not giving everyone a show over there.”

Carmen Electra has released her latest workout DVD called “Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease – In the Bedroom“.

Carmen’s back and bringing total body fitness to the sexiest room in the house in Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease: In the Bedroom. A follow-up to her top selling fitness series, In the Bedroom combines body-sculpting dance moves with sultry stretches and toning exercises you can perform on or around your own bed.

I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I own two of her other aerobic striptease DVDs. They aren’t as bad as you may think, actually they’re kinda fun – but I don’t think anyone could lose weight doing that workout (maybe just shape up a little and learn some sexy dance moves).
