Bar Rafaeli is insanely, ridiculously hot. There is nothing more to say about it, really. She’s a supermodel and she’s insanely beautiful and sexy and looks like she was born to wear bikinis and nothing else. Sports Illustrated, and Leo Di Caprio, better recognize that they’ve got a good thing going.

Kathy Griffin, the comedienne who managed to turn career desperation into a…well, full-fledged career, has bared her pretty decent bikini bod in OK! Magazine. I’ve never been a fan of Griffin but I must say, she looks ripped and fit and there’s no doubt in mind that this is, in fact, her body. The 48-year old natural red head had this to say in the accompanying interview:

“I’ve become insufferable, tormenting my friends, saying, ‘Do you know I have a banging bikini bod?’ That should be my new name: Banging Bikini Bod Griffin,” she jokes to OK!.She recently showed off her slim figure during an outing with Paris Hilton (see after the jump!). “A lot more guys were looking at me than Paris,” says Kathy, who, at 5 feet, 3 inches, weighs a svelte 118 pounds. “Granted, they were gay, but they were checking out my hot ass!”

The reality star also claims her curves are au natural, telling OK! she hasn’t had any work done recently.

“Not since 2003 when I had a face-lift,” she explains. “My breasts are very real and very floppy. Why have surgery when you could just get a good freaking bra?” [Source]

Amen, Kathy. I really hope you’re telling the truth because it means there’s hope for us all post-40.

Aside from the fact that Lauren Conrad kinda needs a bikini top with straps, she’s look pretty good in these pics. Conrad appears healthy and happy (although she’s kind of sneering in most of the shots—probably at the photogs) and beach-ready without being scarily thin.

There’s that sour-puss face again. Wonder what Lauren’s buddy is saying to make her look so grossed out.

Look, I love Valerie Bertinelli as much as the next child of the 80s but this picture is totally photoshopped. I’m not saying she didn’t lose the weight, I’m not saying she doesn’t look great considering the fact that she’s a year out from 50, I’m just saying–that ain’t no size 8 body.

Bertinelli totally deserves credit for making good on her promise to drop six sizes. She’s been very public about her weight struggle (thanks in part to a lucrative endorsement deal with Jenny Craig), but I worry about the impact of plastering a total fake on the cover of a magazine that every desperate housewife in the country sees while waiting on line to pay for her groceries. The article only fuels the fire:

The night before Valerie Bertinelli prepared to step out in public wearing a bikini – for the first time in nearly 30 years! – she found herself unable to sleep. As her mind raced with insecurity (”I thought, Am I really going to do this? Can I pull this off?” the actress admits), Bertinelli tried to summon up a pep talk, telling herself, “What am I so afraid of? Come on – it’s just a bathing suit!”

“I thought, If I’m so afraid of a bikini, there’s something wrong. And so I had to get back into one!,” Bertinelli says in the new PEOPLE, available on newsstands Friday. [Source]

Maybe I’m being a hater but really, is there any way this woman has the body of a teenager right now? What do you guys think? Completely photoshopped or more real than fake? Make me a believer.

Katharine McPhee is looking lovely and healthy in her red bikini during a beach photo shoot. The ex-American Idol finalist appears to be enjoying herself in the water and on the sand. If I looked that good in a two-piece I’d probably be all smiles too!

In her new book “Naturally Thin“, Bethenny Frankel claims to have the secret to being thin like Paris Hilton. Her book reportedly has the secrets to how many famous stars stay so skinny. However, Bethenny used to be the personal assistant to Kathy Hilton, Paris’s Mom. When she was younger she often took Paris and her sister Nicky out for dinner. According to Bethenny, Paris never skipped a craving or indulgence, but she always ate minimal amounts. Bethenny says this is how Paris stays so thin. Maybe if we all could live on two bites of a cheeseburger, we could be that thin.

Kristen Bell works hard to maintain her slim and fit physique. We marveled at her washboard abs in “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” and now the “Veronica Mars” star admits that she doesn’t waste her time with crunches. Instead, she finds that boxing gives her the full body workout she needs to keep her stomach rock hard.

“I have never had abs like this from sit-ups,” she said “It’s boxing that works. I love it! It’s a whole body workout and it lets out aggression that I didn’t know I had.” She continues, “You’re doing the motions over and over and you don’t realize how much you activate your core.” [Source]

Eva Herzigova has strongly responded to claims she’s underweight after being snapped earlier looking thin on a beach in St Barts with boyfriend Gregorio Marsiaj, 31.

The former Wonderbra model, 36, insists she isn’t on a diet, and is naturally thin, claiming her hectic lifestyle has caused her to lose weight. She said:

‘I am a busy, working mother, I have a hectic life rushing round looking after my toddler combined with a busy career.

‘I have lost weight without really noticing – I haven’t dieted and I am healthy. I am perfectly happy with my weight and this is my natural structure.’

Eva is mum to son George, 2.
