Ashley Tisdale loves her guilty pleasures

Ashley Tisdale’s new album is called “Guilty Pleasure,” so it’s no surprise that the “High School Musical” star would have a few naughty indulgences of her own. Tisdale spoke about them recently during a photo shoot on the beach in California.

To MySpace’s The Fit, the actress-singer admitted, “My own guilty pleasures are Coffee Bean iced blends, Diet Coke and re-runs of ‘Full House’”.

“My album title is Guilty Pleasure. It’s actually really funny, it’s me making fun of myself. It also sounds edgy as well,” she went on saying when comparing the title of her upcoming music effort with her own guilty pleasures in real life. Ashley’s addiction to Coffee Bean products, in fact, isn’t something new for everyone to notice as she is often photographed holding Coffee Bean cups on her hand at a number of occasions. [Source]

I can totally understand the frosty beverages and DC but “Full House” reruns? I guess Ashley wasn’t quite old enough to get her fill when the show was first on.

Ashley Tisdale is getting old—by Hollywood standards—so she’s hopped on the exercise bus with all the other twenty-something starlets and is ready to ride. Tisdale told Shape Magazine that she used to hate working out but now she’s developed a number of tricks to make the pain more pleasant.

“I was always super-thin – too skinny, actually,” she says. “I realize now that being a bit more curvy and toned is so much more beautiful…Now before I work out,” she says, “I think, ‘I love exercise’ – and it works.”

Ashley also credits a hot trainer for motivating her to get to the gym on time.
