    “Ugly Betty” star Anna Ortiz is due to give birth to a baby girl in July and the very pregnant actress is reportedly having a great time being pregnant. Anna has started prepping for the arrival of her first child by designing the nursery and is getting ready for her baby shower, which is being thrown for her by co-star Vanessa Williams.

    “I’ve had a great experience so far,” the radiant actress told PEOPLE Saturday at the GLAAD Media Awards in New York City, where she wore a form-fitting white J. Mendel dress. But, she added, “Talk to me in another month.”

    So, what’s she craving? “French toast and pancakes,” says Ortiz, who’s married to guitarist Noah Lebenzon. “Other than that, I want citrus and lots of fruits.” [Source]

    Sounds like a pretty charmed pregnancy. We’ll see how Ortiz feels when she gets into the delivery room but it’s wonderful that she’s having such a good time.

    Anna Ortiz gets pregnancy advice from Rebecca Romijn

    There must be something in the Ugly Betty water because everyone on the show is having babies. Rebecca Romijn is in the post-baby slim-down period and Anna Ortiz is just getting started. We all know how moms like to dole out advice and it seems like Rebecca has made Anna her pet project. Luckily, Anna doesn’t mind being steered in some interesting directions.

    “Rebecca has this favorite pillow that she told me about,” Ana told OK! magazine. “And also coconut water. Rebecca was like, coconut water, which is bizarre. I didn’t know it had natural electrolytes in it. It’s really good. She swears by that.” [Source]

    Anna will have some challenges to contend with during her pregnancy. She’s admitted to being unsure about what wardrobe is planning to do to hide her bump.

    “My character wears such hoochie, cha-cha clothes, so it’s going to be interesting to see that sort of adjustment. They’re going to do more cleavage and more legs,” she tells OK! [Source]
