Amy Winehouse briefly left rehab yesterday (February 4) to apply for a U.S. visa for this weekend’s Grammy Awards.

As she was pictured leaving the London clinic where she spent the past 10 days dealing with her addictions, Amy appeared to have put on a little weight. This has made the Daily Mail say she was “looking the picture of health”.

While I agree Amy was looking much better than she did in a long time (for comparison, check out these pictures of her from last month, when she had brunch with Kelly Osbourne), I wouldn’t go as far as to say she was the “picture of health”!

Amy Winehouse is surviving the hell of drug withdrawal in rehab by watching Marilyn Monroe movies.

The singer’s love of the tragic 1950s icon - who died of a sleeping pills overdose aged 36 - is the only thing making her smile in rehab.

Amy’s dad Mitch said yesterday: “Amy is very ill and is suffering horrific withdrawal symptoms - shivering and constantly throwing up. Her body is expelling all the rubbish. One thing helping Amy is her Marilyn Monroe films. Amy loves Some Like It Hot. She’s a huge fan of Monroe and thinks she’s wonderful.” [Source]

Amy’s father also said that doctors were pleased of the progress she was making in rehab.

Amy Winehouse is in deep trouble!

The 24-year-old British singer has been caught on camera smoking crack cocaine (after a 19-minute drug binge in which she snorted powdered Ecstasy and cocaine, and popped six valium pills to “bring myself down”).

Amy, please get some help before it’s too late!

Amy Winehouse and Kelly Osbourne met on Sunday (January 13) to have brunch together.

I’m sorry to say this, but Amy looks horrible - she looks like a dying anorexic. Kelly, on the other hand, looks healthy and full of life. What’s your opinion?
