Adriana Lima stays in shape by jumping rope

If you were wondering what Adriana Lima‘s secret for her perfect figure is, the answer is quite simple (according to her): she keeps her body in shape by jumping rope!
Well its not easy because we travel so much so its not easy to always be in working out, I do my best, if I’m traveling I try to run and I do a 30 minute run on the treadmill, and sometimes I take boxing classes, I love to jump rope! Jumping rope is the best, if you jump rope for like 10 mins it’s like 30 mins of running. It’s really good cardio. I love it. [Hollyscoop]
