Lauren Conrad‘s diet is considered to be one of the best celebrity diets by Us Weekly. One of her secrets for staying fit and healthy seems to be drinking pomegranate juice, as these candid pictures snapped yesterday (January 19) show.
L.C. also recently revealed that she eats a 1,500-calorie diet of six daily mini-meals. She also banned carbs, sugar and most dairy.
