Did Victoria’s Secret and Gisele Bundchen part ways because of the Brazilian supermodel‘s outrageous demands, or because she gained some weight after she quit smoking?

According to the Brazilian media, among Gisele’s long list of dealbreaking requests in contract talks were that she never be on the runway at the same time as ex BF Leo DiCaprio’s current GF, Bar Refaeli! Get offa my runway, world!

Miss Bundchen also wanted to travel less and make more money. Fashionista gossipistas are saying that Victoria’s Secret was not happy that Gisele packed on 15 lbs. after giving up cigarettes. “When you stop smoking you gain weight, because food tastes better than when it tasted like ashtray,” quipped Miss B, whose weight gain and health kick sparked rumors that she might be pregnant with footballer Tom Brady’s li’l pigskin. In my opinion, she still looks very thin… It’s hard to notice those 15 pounds she says she has gained. I’m sure she’ll find another modelling gig as soon as you say “cheeseburger!”.

Gisele Bundchen gained 15 pounds after she quit smoking

In a recent interview, Gisele Bundchen has confessed that she put on 15 lbs (7 kg) after giving up smoking.

The Brazilian supermodel says she is enjoying food a lot more since kicking her bad habit:

“When you stop smoking you gain weight because food tastes better than when it tasted like an ashtray.” [Source]

Except these candid pictures of Gisele taken on April 5 as she was leaving her hotel in the UK, I haven’t seen any recent pictures of her… She still looks very slim to me (maybe the weight gain is more noticeable in swimsuit pics, I’ll be waiting for those).
