We love Parker Posey and now we love her even more because she stays focused with yoga. Why not, right? A yoga practice transcends the realm of the purely physical and offers benefits for your emotional and spiritual well-being. Parker Posey is a fan of the mental benefits that come from doing Ashtanga yoga. “It centers me.
