Kim Kardashian is very strong below the waist. And no, that is not a euphemism for her ample posterior. Most women suffer from a lack of upper body strength (in comparison to their male counterparts) but there are plenty of exercises you can do to gain strength in your arms and shoulders and as Kim told People Magazine, she’s been working overtime to do just that.

When it comes to her body, Kim Kardashian admits she has an area of weakness. “I don’t have lots of upper-body strength,” she says. To target her limbs, the reality star – who’s in the process of filming a fitness video of her own – is working with a resistance-building Pilates toning ring “to help build my muscle strength and tone my arms at the same time.” [Source]
