Jessica Simpson’s new curvy clothing line
Jessica Simpson has blamed good old-fashioned nervous eating for her curvaceous new bod. But the one-time Daisy Dukes-wearing pop princess, who’s caught a lot of flack over the last few weeks for packing on the pounds, has found a new coping mechanism - she plans to design a clothing line for full figured women.
Maybe all those unflattering photos of Jess in her too-tight jeans were a marketing gimmick all along. Regardless, the singer now understands how frustrating it is to find hot clothes in the Plus Size section and she plans to remedy the situation for all.
“I want to create clothes that flatter every figure,” Simpson told In Style’s March issue. “I know how a dress can make you feel frumpy. I promise mine won’t.”
