Mischa Barton posts bikini pictures from Goa on her blog
Mischa Barton spent her Christmas vacation in Goa, India, and wanted to share some bikini pictures of herself with the readers of her blog.
Here are some photos from my Christmas vacation in Goa. The ocean there was so beautiful and warm I didn’t want to get out. I would swim all day, ate mostly a vegetarian diet and bought some beautiful things from the vendors I bargained with — jewelry, saris, you name it.
Christmas was certainly different this year, as I usually ski during the holiday. But the Christmas display in Goa was beautiful.
Mischa is trying to find some balance in her life by doing yoga exercises and embracing the Buddhist philosophy of living.
I slept every night outside in a hammock with quilts and pillows and would wake up at dawn. The hammock was just outside my sisters Zoe’s room on the lawn and you could see the ocean. It was heaven! I was in serious need of this sort of break!
I was also doing tons of standard yoga, more for spirituality and the mind — I love Buddhism. Here’s a quote from the Dalai Lama to think about (if I was to get a tattoo it might be this one!)
“This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.”
Yoga seems to be working miracles not only for Mischa’s mind, but also for her body… What do you think?
