Jennifer Connelly is on the cover of Marie Claire’s December 2008 issue. She looks gorgeous in the photoshoot that shows her dressed in several elegant black dresses.

In the interview, the beautiful actress talks about the things she loves: apples (she eats three a day), running, doing crafts and speaking the Italian language.

Pink Lady apples. “Three a day. I eat so many apples, it’s stupid.”

Speaking Italian. “It’s so much fun. It’s such a crisp and bright-sounding language.”

Vodka. “Chilled. No ice. Just a tiny bit of orange juice, or with soda and lime.”

Home. “I became a mom before I became a wife. When I had kids, I felt I had a home like I’d never experienced before.”

A hot LBD. “You can just fold it up and throw it in your bag. It always works.”

Doing crafts. “I have a Bedazzler! The last time we whipped it out was for Stellan’s birthday. I sewed capes for all the kids, and then they decorated them with fabric, paint, jewels, and buttons.”

Running. “Six to 10 miles on trails through the woods at our place up in the country.” [Source]

While attending GQ magazine’s 20th anniversary party on Thursday night, Lily Allen made a huge hole in her stockings at the back of her leg. The singer managed to rectify her wardrobe malfunction by making a quick dress change. The fluffy-looking pale pink dress that Lily changed into is not so figure-flattering, but still she managed to look good in it.

While she’s obviously slimmer and in a better shape than ever, I think her hair and especially makeup are terrible and make her look at least ten years older. I have seen 70-year old ladies who use that type of hot pink lipstick!

Lindsay Lohan launched her new line of leggings 6126 at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas on Friday night. Apparently she arrived 15 minutes late for the red carpet event and looked like all she wanted to do was get inside and see her girlfriend Samantha Ronson, who was the DJing at the event.

Lindsay wore a short black dress and some ugly blue boots that drew the eyes to her scrawny legs. Is it just my opinion, or has she gotten super skinny again?

Starlet Lindsay Lohan hosts an evening at Pure Nightclub inside Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, to launch her new range of leggings, 6126 By Lindsay Lohan. The event is a benefit for ovarian cancer research. Lindsay’s gal pal, DJ Samantha Ronson will be working the decks. (Friday, November 7, 2008)

Here’s a really sad case of sibling rivalry - the Hilton sisters are having a competition, and it’s not about who has the most successful career, who has the coolest boyfriend, not even who wears the nicest clothes. It’s all about weight, and who’s thinner.

Not until long ago, all the tabloids were talking about how Nicky Hilton was wasting away. Well, apparently Paris can’t stand being second, so she’s trying to become bonier than her sister just to get back in the limelight.

I would do a poll, but I think it’s obvious from these pictures that Nicky is still the skinniest sister.
