Angelina Jolie, who entered her third trimester of pregnancy, is suffering from a lot of complications, including gestational diabetes, edema or swelling, fatigue and rentless nausea.

“Angie has gestational diabetes,” an insider tells Star. “She found out about a month ago and has been trying to keep it under wraps. She’s been seeing a nutritionist about it — frequently.” In fact, she’s had to drastically change her diet, which has not been easy, considering her history of food issues. At one point, as she grieved for her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand, her weight plummeted to 98 pounds. “She doesn’t pay much attention to food,” her brother, James Haven, admits. “But it’s different when she’s pregnant.”

Gestational diabetes isn’t Angie‘s only problem: She’s also dealing with painful edema — swelling caused by fluid buildup. “Her feet are so swollen that her shoes have gone up a half size at least,” a source tells Star.

Fatigue is another problem, say sources, and Angie has had a particularly tough time since taking the kids to Texas, where Brad is filming Tree of Life. “She’s constantly tired,” says a source. “She’s sick and irritable and feels heavy and weak.” [Star]

I feel so sorry for her… But I know a lot of women experience these symptoms when they’re pregnant, so it’s hopefully not that serious as the tabloids would like us to believe!

Sarah Michelle Gellar apparently hates her flat ass, so she (or the movie producers) chose to use a curvy girl as her body double on “Southland Tales“.

The actress – who plays a porn star in the raunchy new movie – wanted someone with a better behind than her to appear on the cover of her character’s X-rated tape.

Gellar – who is married to actor Freddie Prinze Jr. – said: “To make the cover look authentic, they put my face on someone else’s body. They let me pick the body of the girl they put my head on, so I picked one with a curvy body and butt. No one wants to see a girl with a flat a**!”

Gellar also revealed she didn’t feel comfortable playing the sexually-liberated character Krysta in the film.

She said: “I’d come to the set every day and I’d be wearing six-inch Lucite heels and lots of spray tan. I was beyond orange, and I couldn’t handle the fake nails at all! I couldn’t do anything at all while I was wearing them – I had to ask other people to unbutton my jeans so I could go to the bathroom!” [FemaleFirst]
