Here are the now famous People magazine pictures of Nicole Richie with her precious baby daughter Harlow Winter Kate and Joel Madden… They look so cute together!

In case you were wondering how Nicole lost her pregnancy weight so quickly (not that it was a lot of it in the first place!), it seems she doesn’t eat much these days because of her breastfeeding diet restrictions:

“I eat really bland [food] – chicken noodle soup, vegetables, fish. I had to cut out milk, no tomatoes, no lettuce. You think you have to cut everything out when you’re pregnant, but you really have to cut everything out when you’re breastfeeding.” [Wicked Youth]

Jennifer Esposito (Andrea from ABC’s comedy series “Samantha Who?“) shows off her gorgeous bikini body on the cover of Shape magazine’s April 2008 issue.

Before becoming an actress, Jennifer was an exercise instructor in Manhattan, so she naturally knows a few things about exercising. Her workout routine includes Pilates and yoga, but she also does “at least 30 minutes on the treadmill and the elliptical, plus some weight training”.

Jennifer keeps her slim figure by eating lots of diets and lean proteins, but she also treats herself to comfort foods like pasta and pizza from time to time.

“I refuse to get obsessive about my diet. I don’t stuff myself, but food is too important a part of my life to not totally enjoy it.

I like to get cozy at home, make pizza and drink wine. I never feel guilty about indulging because I have a good attitude about myself. I come from a family where cooking and enjoying meals is a healthy part of our lives. If I want to have comfort foods every now and then, I do. And if I put on a few pounds, I don’t sweat it.”

That sounds like a really healthy attitude - not denying yourself the food you love, but eating in moderation, and exercising it off. In Jennifer’s case, it certainly works!

Kate Moss' detox diet makes her very emotional

Kate Moss is currently on a detox diet that makes her very emotional. She feels devastated after the resignation of her personal assistant Fiona Young (who she described as “the rock of her life”) and is afraid her life could spiral out of control.

Kate got completely drunk and started crying about Fiona leaving,” my well placed source reveals. “This woman is like a sister to her – she has held her life together through thick and thin. Kate is beside herself.”

Fiona, who is leaving at the end of the month to have a baby, has told Kate she may not return to her job.

Kate has been saying her life will spin out of control when Fiona leaves and she does not know how she will cope,” said the source. [Daily Mail]

Fiona Young’s attributions as Kate Moss’s personal assistant included ordering Kate’s groceries, paying her bills, negotiating her contracts and organizing her daughter Lila’s life. Maybe Kate should start doing more of these things herself, instead of going out to party every night!
