Here are the now famous People magazine pictures of Nicole Richie with her precious baby daughter Harlow Winter Kate and Joel Madden… They look so cute together!
In case you were wondering how Nicole lost her pregnancy weight so quickly (not that it was a lot of it in the first place!), it seems she doesn’t eat much these days because of her breastfeeding diet restrictions:
“I eat really bland [food] – chicken noodle soup, vegetables, fish. I had to cut out milk, no tomatoes, no lettuce. You think you have to cut everything out when you’re pregnant, but you really have to cut everything out when you’re breastfeeding.” [Wicked Youth]

So, just one question: WHY she has to cut those kind of food out?

I had no idea either, so I searched on the net and found that certain foods (like milk, eggs, chocolate, and a lot of vegetables and fruits) are not recommended when breastfeeding because they can produce gas to the baby.

Well, I am pretty sure that many women eat those things and raise a perfectly normal and healthy child! I think she is kinda overreacting, but then again, she is a mother now, and that´s what mothers do…

she looks so beautiful, and her baby is definately one of the cuter babies (i normally hate babies…)
and i never knew that about breastfeeding
