I found this quite amusing… Kelly Osbourne has no memory of getting her latest tattoo. She loves the keyboard tattoo on her right arm but has no idea where it came from or why she chose it.
She was probably drunk or wasted when she got it… Fortunately for her, it doesn’t look THAT bad.
