Jennifer Esposito shares her diet and fitness tips in Shape magazine April 2008

Jennifer Esposito (Andrea from ABC’s comedy series “Samantha Who?“) shows off her gorgeous bikini body on the cover of Shape magazine’s April 2008 issue.
Before becoming an actress, Jennifer was an exercise instructor in Manhattan, so she naturally knows a few things about exercising. Her workout routine includes Pilates and yoga, but she also does “at least 30 minutes on the treadmill and the elliptical, plus some weight training”.
Jennifer keeps her slim figure by eating lots of diets and lean proteins, but she also treats herself to comfort foods like pasta and pizza from time to time.
“I refuse to get obsessive about my diet. I don’t stuff myself, but food is too important a part of my life to not totally enjoy it.
I like to get cozy at home, make pizza and drink wine. I never feel guilty about indulging because I have a good attitude about myself. I come from a family where cooking and enjoying meals is a healthy part of our lives. If I want to have comfort foods every now and then, I do. And if I put on a few pounds, I don’t sweat it.”
That sounds like a really healthy attitude - not denying yourself the food you love, but eating in moderation, and exercising it off. In Jennifer’s case, it certainly works!
