The media is finally starting to pay attention to the fact that Nicky Hilton has become a walking skeleton. Here’s what Page Six wrote:

We caught Paris‘ younger, more tempered sister looking shockingly skinny as she went shoe shopping yesterday at Christian Louboutin store in L.A. Her knobby knees extended up to her thigh bone with no muscle or fat to smooth out her curves. The 5′ 7” trust-fund skeleton, who is the sister best known for keeping her boyish figure clothed and out of jail, has been a low-key child for Kathy and Rick Hilton but maybe the socialite parents should stop coddling their sexpot eldest and drunk-driving son Barron and start worrying about what is left of their 24-year-old. I always liked Nicky much more than Paris, and I feel really bad seeing her waste away silently. I hope she works out her issues and becomes the healthy girl she was before…

Kelly Osbourne, who has lost a lot of weight recently, wants to share her weight loss tips by releasing a fitness DVD with her drag queen friends.

“She has enlisted the help of her cross-dressing friend Jodie Harsh and her other drag queen friends to make the video a camp, show-tune packed extravaganza.

She wants it to be a hedonist’s guide to toning up. So many exercise DVDs can be boring, cynical and useless - she wants this one to be different.” [FemaleFirst]

Everything Kelly does is interesting, different, and a little wacky, so I can’t wait to see what her fitness DVD will look like - I’m sure it will be a lot of fun!

Katherine Heigl was spotted having a light lunch with her mother in Los Angeles yesterday (February 28). She had a salad, a glass of white wine and, of course, a few cigarettes.

Every time I see candid pictures of Katherine, she’s always smoking like a chimney. It’s a miracle she’s still looking so fresh-faced with all that nicotine she’s inhaling all the time!

Kate Moss has been trying to quit smoking for the sake of her daughter Lila Grace, so she’s been using Nicorette patches. But the supermodel is so addicted to cigarettes, that she’s still smoking a pack and a half (30 cigarettes) daily.

She is trying desperately to ditch the fags as they are not good for her daughter Lila Grace, and they are not doing her skin any favours either.

At 34, Kate knows she doesn’t have long at the top left, so has to try and look after herself better. She has been smoking like a chimney for years, and is finding it extremely difficult.

She’s still on 30 a day, and can easily go through 40 if she has a night out.” [Daily Mail]

Kate has also supposedly embarked on a healthy eating regime, taking extra iron supplements and stocking up on spinach and greens.

Jessica Alba revealed that she was teased for developing a big chest at an early age. She says she was being labeled a sixth-grade slut by her elementary school principal and some “self-righteous” PTA moms.

“The accusation still ricochets . . . They think I’m a slut?,” Alba recalls in If I’d Known Then, Ellyn Spragins‘ upcoming book of essays by female celebrities. Alba adds: “Boys are awful. They are made of nothing but hormones until they’re about 20 or 21 . . . It’s fun to have a crush, but don’t think it’s forever . . . And use birth control and condoms, please.” [Page Six]

She shouldn’t complain though, because it was for her big chest (and other body parts) that she got most of her big roles.
