Keely Shaye Smith (Pierce Brosnan’s wife) was recently photographed in a bikini at the beach.
I know I might get some angry comments for this, but I must speak my mind… I think she’s really overweight!
I’m not sure if she has any medical condition that makes her gain weight, but she certainly doesn’t look healthy like that! (Keely Shaye Smith was also on the cover of National Enquirer for having the “worst diet”.)

People gain weight when they get older. It would be unnatural for her to look exactly the same as she did when they got married. But sheesh, she looks like a completely different person.

okay to elle, i get your point. but its not healthy!! being too thin isnt healthy either. being too underweight or too overweight is the same thing- theyre both wrong! if sh’es happy, great. but a huge person stands out in a corwd just like a pole stick does too. before she was a happy medium. maybe she has food allergies, or candida, or toxin build up, or liver dysfunction. because im sure she didnt get that big from eating. she look swollen, and unhealthy. theres no glow to her. so i agree with the moderator… because eyes can see.

It just figures that an idiot who would call a beautiful, full woman a heifer, wouldn’t know how to spell heifer. To each his own. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and none of us know what these people like/dislike or what they are going through in life. A person’s worth or beauty is not based on weight. But if you’re a shallow moron who’s been brainwashed by the media, then I suppose it would be. I hope Keely is happy in her own skin, despite the ignorance of some members of the general American public.

Hmmm. She has had two kids, and she’s in her forties. Her metabolism has more than likely slowed down. She could also possibly suffer from hypothyroidism, etc., but has anyone thought about depression? Many people suffer from it in their own way. I did and i got huge! Finally, I was able to get back to me, through GOD, but I know what its like to be at both ends of the spectrum. The biggest eye opener that I had after I lost 100lbs was that i was just as beautiful and wonderful fat as i was thin!!! God bless Keely for not being to ashamed to wear her bikini! If she is happy, by all means, let her be, and get off her case! We should ALL get a case of SHALLOW HAL syndrome and see people for what is reall important….their heart! Shame on those of you who are making fun of this beautiful, sweet, woman!

I am in my late forties and and working fulltime. Yet with such hectic lifestyle, it is not easy to maintain a beautiful figure. Each one is unique. Some people just can’t help gaining weight, becoming gray and wrinkled and finally demented. Those who made negative remarks could be quite young that you easily judge people. I can understand that. Just remember to look back after some years. I hope you that one thinks twice before judging others.

This woman is absoutly beautiful! Her size; who cares? Someone is just jealous is all that is. She has everything in the world and that includes freedom of starving herself in that type of world. Go girl with your handsome hubby!

I am sorry but to hear how she is being criticized is just horrible. You have no idea what her medical circumstances are. And you are not her, not living her life. To say that she looks awful & unhealthy is what is wrong w/ today’s society.
I “used” to be a thin size “0″… today I am not even close. Aside from having 3 children, I am on medicine that is crucial to keep me alive, the side affects are “weight gain”. My heart & blood is healthy. Maybe she also has that same issue? Or maybe she just enjoyed too many muffins. Either way, we are in no place to judge or criticize a person based on appearance. Obviously her hubby loves her unconditionally, and she must be a fantastic person on the inside, which is ALL that counts.
