Tyra Banks honored at the 2008 BET Awards

Tyra Banks was honored with the Media Award at the BET Honors held yesterday (January 12) at the Warner Theater in Washington, DC.

BET Networks also recognized the achievements of Alicia Keys (Entertainment), Dr. Cornel West (Inspirational/Education), Richard Parsons (Corporate), the Honorable Maxine Waters (Government) and CEO Janice Bryant Howroyd (Entrepreneur). The awards ceremony will be aired on February 22nd.
