Lisa Snowdon (”Britain’s Next Top Model” presenter) is addicted to exercise. As she reached her mid-thirties, Lisa (who dated George Clooney) says that she has to work hard to keep her good looks.

“I’ve started working out. I’m 35 now you see. I have to get on the treadmill and do some running. I’ve even got a trainer. It also just makes me feel better. Even if you don’t notice it necessarily, it just makes me feel like I have done something, you know, I have got a sweat on.” [Source]

I think she looks very good, so it’s a little hard to believe she only started exercising recently.

Keira Knightley has recently revealed that one of her secrets for staying so slim is that she doesn’t eat junk food at all.

“I don’t eat junk,” says the 22-year-old actress. “I cook. I go to farmers markets in London and cook really good sort of organic foods.”

Knightley credits her figure to good genes and a good healthy diet. She’s no gym rat, though. The roles she plays in period pieces like Pirates of the Caribbean and Pride & Prejudice tend to keep her in shape. [Source]

A follow-up to her top selling fitness series, In the Bedroom combines body-sculpting dance moves with sultry stretches and toning exercises you can perform on or around your own bed.

I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I own two of her other aerobic striptease DVDs. They aren’t as bad as you may think, actually they’re kinda fun - but I don’t think anyone could lose weight doing that workout (maybe just shape up a little and learn some sexy dance moves).

Update! Christina Aguilera has given birth! 

Christina Aguilera is expected to deliver her first baby on January 10. She has scheduled a cesarean section, as she has opted to avoid the pain of a natural child birth.

The singer - who is expecting her first child with her music executive husband Jordan Bratman - has allegedly decided to go for the operation like many celebrities before her because she is too posh to push.

A source close to the star told The New York Post: “Christina has a C-section scheduled for January 10 but she might need to push the date of the delivery up.” [Source]

On the forum, Fia noticed that Hilary Swank has gotten super skinny.

Here are some pictures of her taken on December 19 in Dublin. Her collar bones are popping out and her arm looks very skinny, but then she has always been thin, so I’m not really sure if she lost much weight recently.

What do you think - does she belong in the “too skinny” category or not?
