Nicole Richie’s mom, Brenda, is planning a star-studded Beverly Hills baby shower for the expectant mama on November 18th. Some of the celebrities that will attend the event will be Paris Hilton, Mischa Barton, Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, and Lindsay Lohan.

Nicole has a selected a menu featuring an assortment of her favorite foods: Sushi, Coconut Shrimp, Lobster, Lemon-Pepper Chicken, Fruit and Cake.

“Everything, including the flowers and decorations, will be blue and white. They’ve also put together two collages of baby pictures-one of Nicole, the other of Joel.” [Source]

How sweet! Also, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will be selling their baby shower photos to benefit their new charity, the Richie/Madden Foundation, which supports underprivileged women.

Miley Cyrus is getting serious about working out after fighting off internet rumors she was pregnant at 14. The actress/singer responded to the rumors, saying they were not only false but very hurtful. So she hired Harley Pasternak (Eva Longoria and Jessica Simpson’s trainer and author of “The 5 Factor Diet“) to help her get in shape, according to In Touch Weekly magazine.

A pal tells the publication, “She just wants to look great. She’s very motivated.” [Source]

I think Miley is really cute, and it seems just wrong that people said that she was pregnant! I mean, she’s only 14, and she was probably looking bloated at some event, so they all started speculating! Give her a break!

Even though she was eliminated from “Dancing with the Stars“, Jane Seymour isn’t too upset. The show helped her lose 22 pounds just by dancing.

The reality TV contest also helped the 56-year-old actress, best known for her role in “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman“, correct her spine issues.

“The best part is I had lower back issues; I have a fused spine (and) three herniated discs. I used to be three days a week in physiotherapy and, thanks to ballroom dancing, I now have full mobility. (It’s) absolutely amazing.” [Source]

Ugly Betty actress Ashley Jensen has blasted skinny Hollywood stars for their constant dieting. She thinks their “irresponsible” behavior sets a bad example to young fans and feels angered by fellow celebrities who cut down on food so that they look slimmer on screen.

Speaking at Cosmopolitan’s Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in London, the 38-year-old actress says she prides herself on her full and healthy appetite:

“I like my food and wine too much to diet all the time. I don’t think it’s a particularly good thing starving yourself to look thin for the cameras anyway. I don’t think it’s very responsible. I know a lot of people do it, but what message is that giving out to people? It’s a world of extremes out there, but I’m one of those people who believes in ‘everything in moderation’. I’m not going to change that belief.” [Source]

Bridget Moynahan gave birth to her son just ten weeks ago, and she already lost all her baby weight! She looked spectacular in a little black dress at the L.A. premiere of her latest film “Noise” on Tuesday, October 6.
