Hilary Swank’s fitness secret is good genes
33-year old double Oscar winner Hilary Swank says that she has to thank her father’s good genes for her good shape.
“I think I’ve been blessed with my father’s metabolism.”
Despite having such good genetics, she’s one of the few people who works out because they enjoy it.
“I really appreciate exercise because I think it’s a great stress relief. I do this thing called power Pilates, which I love. love, love.” [Source]
