Sienna Miller defends Keira Knightley over anorexia rumors

Sienna Miller is defending her new BFF Keira Knightley against the claims that she is suffering from anorexia. Here’s what Sienna said about Keira in a recent interview:
“She eats like a horse. She always asks for seconds and loves her apple crumble. There’s no way she has an eating problem. She is a really good friend of mine, she is a wonderful girl. Eats like a pig for everyone out there who calls her anorexic.” [Source]
Yeah… right. I can almost imagine them sharing pro-ana tips between them during shooting breaks.
